We understand that ordering donuts online requires trust and confidence. We take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. However, due to the perishable nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns.
Refunds and Replacements
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
- Quality Concerns: If you have any concerns about the quality or freshness of your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your feedback and, if warranted, offer a replacement or partial refund.
Important Notes:
- We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that are refused upon delivery or for orders where the customer is not available to receive the delivery.
- Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and that someone will be available to accept the delivery. We are not responsible for orders that are damaged or spoiled due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
