Shipping Timeframes

  • We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • While we make every effort to meet the selected delivery date, factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays, may affect the actual arrival time.
  • In some cases, your order may arrive earlier than the selected delivery date. This can happen if the carrier’s transit schedule changes.

 

Order Processing

  • Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.  

 

Shipping Methods

  • All packages containing donuts will be shipped by a service that will reach you within 2 days, depending on your location this could be via ground or air.
  • If your order contains other merchandise (apparel, candles, etc.) and those items will not fit with the donuts in our cold-pack box, they will be shipped separately via a non-express service.  
  • Orders containing only merchandise-type items will be shipped via a regular non-express service.  
  • Please note that certain shipping methods may not be available for all locations.

 

Delivery

  • We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
  • Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and that someone will be available to accept the delivery. We are not responsible for orders that are damaged or spoiled due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
